We offer a bespoke packaging service. Our in-house design team are happy to assist and with the use of our CAD table will make the ideal prototype to ensure the most ideal packaging for your team.

Printed Packaging

With an increased amount of packages being sent out by courier services, it is crucial to pass the appropriate messages on. It could be as simple as text such as ‘fragile’ written on your company logo. We can help design your packaging to alert those needing to know your individual messages with this in mind.

CAD Drawing

All samples and designs can be supplied with CAD drawings. For the more complex designs we can offer 3D drawings.

Manufacture

With the market constantly changing and the demand on suppliers to offer a faster, more reliable service, back in 2009 we made the commercial decision to bring all manufacturing ‘in-house’. This enables us to be more in control of all aspects of the manufacture process

Production

We pride ourselves on having state of the art equipment and also have a fully trained production team working over split shifts which allows Dempac to be flexible, facilitating the best possible service to our customer base.

Stock and Serve

Dempac can offer a stockholding facility to guarantee a ‘next day’ delivery service on bespoke items.

Simply place forward orders and allow us to manage your stock levels so you never run out. With the use of our stock software, we can send you weekly updates.

Delivery and Transport

As we are located so close to Junction 21 of the M1 this makes us ideally situated for fast distribution across the country.

Our transport is all in-house thereby offering our customers a fast and professional service, our fleet of vehicles ranges from 40ft lorries to curtain sided box vans. We also have the facility of a tail lift for the times when a forklift truck is not available.

Next day delivery
As standard we offer a next day delivery on all stock items.

Same day delivery
We do understand that on occasions, orders are not requested in time, or maybe plans change at the very last minute. We have a small fleet of curtain sided vans that can carry out a quick response service.
